"We absolutely adore Buccaneer and come back every year. This adorable boutique hotel is perfect for those who don’t need an all inclusive experience. The rooms are so spacious and lovely, the staff is exceptional and the beach is one of the best on the island. There’s a small restaurant next to it that you can get drinks and sit on their beach chairs. It’s private and it’s special. A little respite. We always got the beginning of June so it’s off season. "I had to check out of my previous hotel so I arrived several hours before 3:00 pm check in. But the receptionist was super friendly and let me go to my room right away. Amazing location right on its own quiet beach. Close to a good restaurant (Cloggys) and a little store and snack/ice cream shop. Breakfast was simple and very good. The housekeeping staff brought it to my room at the agreed upon time. The owner was so nice, I wish I could have stayed longer!!! "

"Peaceful, clean, lovely warm helpful friendly staff. Upgraded room, walk out to beach, enjoyed meeting some of the others guests. Traveled solo. The friendliness of the staff helped make a very comfortable atmosphere and stay. H spa was amazing, massage and body wrap. Was so relaxed I never read my book. "
