"The hotel is in a good location; however, the room condition and bathroom were only average and did not meet expectations.
During my stay, the TV stand fell and injured my leg. Although I reported the incident, it was not replaced, and no compensation or apology was offered. Additionally, there was no digital entertainment available in the room during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for the children.

"This is a beautiful and unique property, with wonderful suites near many tourist attractions in the old town of Brussels as well as access to the train station. The staff if quite welcoming, and it is appearance that they convey an abundance of hospitality and expertise in their work. Would highly recommend staying here!"

"The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you."
