"En lo personal no me gusto el hotel. Desde el check in empezamos mal, el personal de todo en hotel es muy poco amable, la comida del bufé no tenía variedad, mala presentación y muy poco sabor. En el restaurante mexicano el menú son cuatro platos y el mediterráneo seis, solo había un restaurant por noche lo que hizo peor la experiencia. El hotel no tiene animación. Las bebidas de muy mala calidad y cabe destacar que no hay botellas de agua en los bares.

"The resort was beautiful. unfortunately my visit was during the off-season pool repair, and other maintenance being completed. The hotel was able to move most of the pool activities to other parts of the resort such as dances, games and other. The staff was amazing, very friendly and quick to assist when needed. A travel friend was having issues with her Air Conditioning and maintenance was at her room within minutes to repair. The food was amazing, and the à la carte dinners were above...
