"Our cruise dropped 1200 people into Papeete so the hotel was inundated with guests trying to check in all at once at 9am. The staff were patient and kind and did a great job to accommodate everyone. Even though check in is clearly stated as 3pm they did their best to get rooms ready early. Hotel was clean and comfortable and right across the street from the port "

Staff was very friendly & assisted with delivering early morning breakfast that we ordered the night prior. It has direct access to the water (but it is not very clear compared to some other parts of the lagoons). "This is a convenient hotel right in front of the PPT airport for a one night stay before an early morning flight. The hotel has spacious rooms and was clean. We had a family of four and we had a large two room unit with big bathroom to get ready for 7am departure flight back home. Lines are long at the airport so getting there early is helpful. The hotel is close, but there are not good walk ways, so you still need a taxi or rental car. There is a Chinese Resturant that was pretty good down the...

"Everything was great. The room was so beautiful. Everything is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have bikes you can borrow for a quick run to the grocery store. We also enjoyed taking out the paddle boards. "

"Amazing stay, would go back multiple times if possible. Room was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The pool, grounds and restaurants were beautiful. The beach is small but it has plenty of chairs and shade. We didn’t spend any time in the pool since we mostly snorkeled and paddled when we were there. The fish in the reefs in the lagoon by the hotel were vibrant and worth every cent. We didn’t take a separate snorkeling tour in Moorea like we had to in Bora Bora be a use this hotel...
