"Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...

"La Boule de Neige is a friendly and welcoming 2 star hotel located just a few metres from the fantastic new gondola in Vercland. The hotel provided everything that we needed for our short skiing trip - free on-site parking, a ski room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast. All this just a short walk from the gondola station."

"This is my second time here, absolutely love the hotel, staff and the facilities. We stayed in a 3 bed apartment, and it was well equipped and very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, super comfty beds too. "

"Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. "Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...
