"Fijn hotel, lekker zwembad en spa. Jammer toen het zo warm was, er geen airco op de kamer is. Jammer dat de bar s’avonds niet open is in het Hotel. We konden wel in de lobby zitten, was jammer dat daar geen hoge tafel staat maar alleen lage zitjes, en dat in de lobby de muziek steeds weg viel. Verder prima hotel, super schone kamer!"

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "Bien situé, logement propre et spacieux proche du centre ville à environ 10 min à pied. Calme et près de l'arrêt de bus. Dépot de pain et viennoiseries à l'accueil bien appreciable."

"We had an excellent stay of 1 week. The residence has great facilities and very friendly and efficient staff. The only improvements I would have liked are: 1. A change of towels mid-week 2. Better quality and a range of bed pillows (the ones we had were thin and lumpy). The Samoens area is excellent. With a wide range of things to do for a family and a great village centre. "

"Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

"Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, nous avons passé de très bons moments à discuter avec eux ! Notre fille était fascinée par les animaux de compagnie ! Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au chalet !"

"Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!"

"Séjour agréable, hôtel tranquille, piscine et jaccuzi sympas avec cette vue splendide sur la montagne ! Chambre petite avec le minimum. Plusieurs verres à dents peut-être inutiles, par contre remettre gel douche et shampoing chaque jour serait une bonne idée ou installer des distributeurs qui ne se volent pas 😉"

"Even better than advertised. Great location - walking distance to the ski lift and the center of town. Excellent service, including the ability to buy lift passes at the inn rather than stand in line at the lifts. Very comfortable efficiency room with a deck looking at the mountains. Nice spa facility. Pauline at the front desk deserves special mention for being extremely helpful and always available. Would return. "
