"I found this hotel due to its proximity to the station as I wanted to be close for travelling by train. I've not stayed in an Inntel Hotel before but would gladly stay again. The whole experience was one of the best I've had anywhere. All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. "Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Seating outside next to a small canal, nice place to have a drink in the evening and watch the world go by. Easy access to train station which enabled us to make travel all over the Netherlands. Can't fault this quirky hotel."

"Leonardo staff was friendly and willing to help. I addressed a concern I had prior to arriving and I was pleased to find out it was resolved and I received an upgrade. Professional and friendly young staff. The hotel is located in the perfect location. It's about 7 minutes away from Utrecht Centraal and if you cut through Hoog Katherijn Mall it might be five. "Eye Hotel is a quirky hotel but with great rooms, free coffee all day and a 'plank' breakfast. The location is great. Close to all the bars and restaurants as well as the tourist spots in Utrecht, but quiet, although keep your wits about you with the cyclists! The reception staff were great.
