"It is only a short walk from the metro station so it is very easy to arrive at the hotel. Hotel facilities is the highlights. Modern look with modern facilities inside the room. I love the blind the most. Staff are friendly and eager to help with my problem. Only slight drawback to the hotel location is lack of dining options in the surrounding area. "Fue una estancia fabulosa en Ámsterdam, pero sufrimos de un calor insoportable, no servía el aire acondicionado, sin embargo se portaron muy atentos, nos ofrecieron bebidas y paseo en bicicleta por cuenta del hotel, no fue suficiente para olvidarnos del terrible calor. No abren las ventanas de la habitación y eso hace que se caliente más el cuarto que teníamos con vista panorámica. El desayuno buffete increíblemente bueno y con todo fresco y delicioso. Estuvimos 5 noches y lo recomiendo...

"I have to say that the staff are what made this stay so perfect. They were all so kind, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We did love the security measures they had in place at the hotel because it helped to make us feel so safe! The decor in this hotel is top-notch, it is such a fun and welcoming ambience. We also loved the bar and being able to get a late night drink and food was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing too! I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Very relaxing atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. They were able to help me find some really cool sights during my visit. Just a heads up, there are a lot of steps. "

"Hotellets personal var fantastiska, maten (från frukost till middag) var väldigt bra, rummen var helt okej, saknades separat badrum, allt var i samma rum, men det fanns glasdörrar så man kunde stänga in sig när man duschade eller behövde använda toaletten. Återigen, höjdpunkten var personalen, väldigt avslappnad och mysig stämning mellan personal och gäster, uppskattas!"

"This is a very beautiful and ultra modern hotel. We loved the ambience and all. The only hitch is that 3 people can't share a room and it was disturbing since we got 2 rooms for us and our kids. They didn't have a rollaway bed or sofa bed. In general, it's a nice place with pleasant people."
