Went on a weekend trip with some friends, first time staying on this side of Puerto Penasco. Communication was great and very friendly. Check in was a breeze, the room was very nice and the view was beautiful. The drive to el malecon is not as bad as I thought it would be so that’s a plus. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay!

The room was awesome!! Hard to find need more signs going to property. 20 minutes outside of all the action Puerto Peñasco. If you are looking for secluded and quite this is the spot.

We had an amazing time at Luna Blanca. Everyone in my family had their own space and we felt extremely comfortable. I would just recommend d that the furniture be updated in the living area. And the table was missing a glass top. We are already planning our 2022 family getaway.

Was advertised as a 2 king bed and 2 queen 3 bedroom unit. So expecting a pull out sofa or a room with 2 beds. Actually is a 1 king 2 queen bed villa. So my teenage daughter had the couch. not that comfy, but she will survive.

Description is not what is it, states it has 2 king and 2 queen beds, there was 4 couples in our group and ONLY THREE BEDS One couple had to sleep really uncomfortable on the couches 😞

Never stayed out of the condo before but loved it. Family loved the fact that there is a working kitchen, washer and dryer. Which really came in handy. Would definitely stay there again.

I don't write reviews but this villa 7 needs improvement. The main door was broken, the key that they gave me wasn't the right key. There is no grill on the 3rd floor like it shows. Your better off staying on the condos.

Only thing good about this unit property was the ample space for a party of 5 and the staff works very hard to keep the outside facilities beautiful..however the amenities were terrible broken down ,couldn't use the stove it had no knob , some of the sheets were dirty, you could wash, but the dryer was broken and made loud noises the whole 5 minutes it would spin before stopping altogether, the furniture is exactly as pictured, yet looks worse in person, old and stained, the pictures on the walls are horrible to look at daily, both hottubs are junk and don't work properly...it does not deserve to be called a penthouse..only the cost of the unit says penthouse. Normally I go by the reviews but I let the excitement cloud my judgement. This unit should be taken off the listing until they update the furniture and amenities!!! Makes Kivoya look bad compared to other units in same building.

Very nice property, we had a full ocean view condo, and that was the best, is clean and equipped for your convenience, and pools were nice and clean and beach was amazing. I would appreciate a restaurant, or a shopping store , the closest shop is in the other resort in the area.

This property is beautiful! The beach is gorgeous and private to this property so there were not many people there. This place is perfect for relaxing and bringing the family. The pools and grounds were beautifully maintained and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had security for the parking areas which made you feel even more secure. I will definitely be returning next year!

Great trip to Rocky Point

Luna Blanca overall was a great trip. We arrived on a Friday afternoon, and were able to check in a bit early. The only issue we had. Was that our Villa wasn’t cleaned. Which means it was probably overlooked. We have to wait around for 1.5 hours. Not too bad, but still. We all really enjoyed our stay. We were able to access the resort next door, as well as the Grand Mayan which is 3 minutes down the street. The reason we had a good time is because the property was beautiful and away from everything. We felt safe and comfortable. The villa was HUGE. Great value.

The resort is very quiet, the beach is practically for the guess, no other resort around, 25 minute drive to Puerto Peńasco City. The pools are kept clean. One jacuzzi was not working, no restaurant, grills around the pools and drinks are allow around the pools. Gated resort with security. Averall pleasant place to relax.

I loved everything. It's a gorgeous property over all. The view and the beach to yourself it's one of the best things. One advice I would give is to ask the office about anything you need or if if your not sure about something. Other than that, is one of the best places I have aver stayed in.

excelente trato, aunque no ocupas mucha ayuda es muy practico todo , muy buenas las instalaciones amplias sobre todo a nosotros nos quedo grande el lugar normalmente por este precio los hoteles estan un poco mas pequeños.
