they were doing construction work at 6 am- and when we brought it to their attention that we couldn't get a good night sleep they said "{we are sorry" two days later again construction work. found candy on the floor under a sofa terrible smell from bathroom - sewage issues

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, passionate about their work, and very accommodating when it came to individual needs and requests. The hotel facilities were of an extremely high standard. The sauna was excellent, and the car parking facilities were convenient and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely ambience, and its location was ideal, with beautiful surrounding views of the sea. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The décor and overall aesthetics were very pleasing, while the large, comfortable layout made the room suitable for a range of guests’ needs. The en-suite bathroom facilities were also modern, clean, and impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with something to suit everyone. The buffet was presented beautifully, and the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene were particularly noticeable. The à la carte restaurant was slightly busier than some other restaurants we have visited, so service could take a little longer. However, the quality and taste of the food were excellent, and we were not disappointed. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, outstanding customer service, delicious food, and a fantastic location. We would highly recommend it and would happily return.

First guests in the "presidential suite" — here's what we learned. The good: Aleksander at reception is a gem — kind, capable, and the best thing about this hotel. The setting is beautiful. The suite: advertised with a king bed and a queen bed for four guests. Reality: one king bed. My elderly mother slept on a couch. The AC struggled in July heat, the room phones didn't work, basic amenities missing and a mattress that sags in the middle. We were understanding about the small stuff — we were their first suite guests — but the bed configuration isn't a detail, it's the reason we booked. The billing: a cancellation of two rooms (we had upgraded to the suite) failed to transmit in transit, so we were charged for a suite plus two empty rooms as one family of 4. The hotel refused a refund, claiming peak season and that the rooms "couldn't be resold" — while showing at least nine rooms still available for our exact dates. The follow-through: the Manager met us on our final day, asked for a written summary by email, named the owners, and promised to pursue the refund with them personally. I sent it within hours. She never replied. Not to that email, not to any follow-up. Complete silence from management the moment we checked out. Stay here for the staff and the view if you must — but screenshot the listing, confirm the beds, prepay nothing you can’t dispute, and know that if something goes wrong, management’s playbook is to promise, stall, and disappear.

We had a wonderful stay at Olli’s Boutique Hotel in Montenegro. For a brand-new hotel, they are doing an amazing job.. The service feels very personal, the staff quickly get to know their guests and their needs, which is exactly what makes a boutique hotel special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is such a kind and welcoming man and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The entire staff were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, professional and truly above five star service. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous sunbeds and the beautiful, clean swimming area. There are just a few very minor details that could be improved, such as having reception and other important extension numbers available on the room phones and offering a little more variety at breakfast. But these are very small things, especially considering how new the hotel is. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay at Olli’s again. Beautiful property, wonderful people and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended ❤️ Hyam

Ollie’s is a beautiful, brand-new hotel! The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with the air conditioning on the first night, but it was addressed very quickly, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay without any problems. The restaurant was also excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Ollie’s!

The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day. Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints.

I wish they provided basic toiletries like disposable combs and toothbrush/toothpaste for travelers who had luggage delays. That wasn’t helpful to not have access to at this hotel. Also confused why my child was told they didn’t have a pool, when our room had direct view to that pool.

the bedding was not good. very hard pillows. the maid staff never replaced missing items in the room (tissues, creamer for in room coffee, etc.) the place is new, just opened so i give some grace but the staff is not that well trained. could not tip on card, could not arrange a taxi and pay through hotel and other things, didn't always understand requests.

Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but apparently almost are come with twin beds. Bottom line - great hotel, but if facilities are important to you, make sure that these are available.

A beautiful new property that is exceptionally well maintained. The waterfront views alone are worth every penny, creating a peaceful and unforgettable setting. The food is excellent, with a generous and hearty breakfast spread each morning. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff—they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and are always happy to help with anything you need. Highly recommended!

Lovely, clean, and modern hotel – however, it is not yet finished, which was disappointing! We paid extra for a Superior Mountain View but were given a standard twin room, which was available at a significantly lower price (attached the view from the room) We booked this hotel for several reasons, primarily its facilities, including the pools, spa, and gym. Do not make the same mistake we did. When I queried these facilities, I was told that the hotel had “only opened 10 days ago and that they were not yet completed” This unfinished nature was evident throughout our stay. We experienced a 12-hour period without electricity or lighting, and more than three hours without running water. On both occasions, I had to inform reception of the issues and then repeatedly chase for updates. I have absolutely no doubt that in six months to a year this hotel will be fantastic. The issues will likely be resolved, and the facilities will be as advertised. However, for now, I would recommend waiting a few months before booking. I did attempt to resolve these issues during our stay through both Expedia and the hotel directly. We were advised that a solution would be offered; however, we were never approached with one Following our stay, I raised the matter again with Expedia. They advised that they had been unable to contact the hotel and that the standard cancellation terms remained in effect. As a result, no compensation, alternative arrangement, or other resolution was offered.

Fantastic hotel! It opened 5 days beforee we arrived. Stayed 3 nights! Best service ever! Caring staff. Clean . Great location. Quiet. On a little private beach. Good restaurant. Serve you on the beach if you would like it.
