"The hotel is terrible… Our beds had women’s hair all over them when we checked in, but the staff was really nice and quickly changed everything when we told them — they were genuinely apologetic. That said, the bedsheets and pillow covers have definitely seen better days and are long overdue for retirement, though it seems management hasn’t realized that yet. "The suite was lovely, in a cute neighborhood with dining options and a coffee shop just next door. The pictures are accurate, and we were very comfortable during our stay. The fully electronic system to enter the building and the suite both worked very well, and we really loved the experience. We will be back! :)"

"Communication was excellent and welcoming. Appreciated the late check in and ease of entering late at night. We loved the upstairs and it was very clean. The building has its character but a hostel is like a friend’s house. It isn’t a hotel but instead like crashing at a friends house so don’t expect fancy stuff. Kitchen was good enough for our needs which wasn’t heavy cooking just simple breakfast stuff. Other people seemed to be making dinners so definitely works for that too. Very quiet place...
