"Parking was fairly close but make sure you register ahead of time. Not fun to walk several blocks from parking to the units when it's raining and blowing, though. Everything was good; however, it would have helped to have more dishes. We did not have enough drinking glasses, no paper towels, no spices. Be really careful about the sharp corners on the platform beds. We really skinned our shins several times from running into them. They are very close to the wall as well. The location was...

"Great hotel for the family. Historic building but with modern rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location can’t be beat. You are steps away from everything Old Quebec has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again."

"I searched for a place with a hot tub and this listing came up. It turns out, the hot tub is private to only one of the rooms, not the one we chose. I feel very misled by the listing and would have chosen a different area of the city with a more reasonable price point if I had known. As it was, it was in a little bit of rough area and the unit was fine, but not worth the price we paid without the hot tub."

"Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access."
