"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Location excellent as close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and museums. Gabriel, the housekeeper was helpful.
We booked the larger room, worth doing. The microwave listed on hotels.com inventory was missing and the oven was reported as did not work.
We book the advertised garden view room but had a front road view room. Despite this we had a good time and enjoyed."

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."
