"The room was very dirty, the bathroom flush stopped working and never got fully fixed. There was one tower in the bathroom. The carpets on the floor was very dusty. The picture of the room was highly misleading. The elevator is extremely old and scary. The reception of the hotel is heavily furnished to mislead customers completely. Rooms don't have good internet although it is mentioned in the package. Only after several requests to provide more toilet papers, to fix the flush, to add towels...

"Dirty and very old hotel, not even one star quality, more like a motel. 1. Poor quality. They have false positives reviews and old photos of there facilities and are poorly maintained and not updated in over 10 -15 years. 2. Photos of the hotel shown are at least 10-15 years old and the hotel currently looks nothing like the photos. Its dirty and poorly cleaned with stains everywhere, walls, bed sheets, pillows, furniture. 3. It is NOT a non-smoking hotel as listed. There is smoking everywhere...

"どちらが悪いのかわかりませんが、予約したホテルに行くと、予約がないと言われました。ホテルの名前が変わったばかりだそうで、連絡先電話番号も違うところでした。探して見つけたホテルでは、偶然にも私が泊まる部屋のシャワーが全て壊れていて、真水or水すら出ない状況でした。 エジプトとはいえ、気温10°での水シャワーは辛いです。部屋を変更しても同じで、従業員は改善を試みてくれますが、結果は変わらず。 もし宿泊していないホテルへの評価だと申し訳ない気持ちですが、今後宿泊される方のための注意喚起として投稿します。"

"We loved the everyday residential neighborhood setting, far away from street vendors and hustlers. Here, it was just us and the locals. Mohamed, who speaks good English, was a most attentive host who went out of his way to be hospitable. He makes a great cup of tea! His breakfasts were ample and delicious. This family run, 4 room house guest is a very good value for the money and a lot of fun for off the beaten path travelers who want to get to know the local people."
