"The room was huge - one bedrm with a king bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a desk and a tv. A livingroom with a couch, two comfy armchairs and tv. Yet, it is described as a 'solo' room meaning it is for one person - We had to pay an extra $50 for my partner which I thought was odd! "Clean row, however very basic with no bedside lamps, clock or water bottles. Bathroom amenities did not include hand lotion. In the past, when we have stayed at this hotel, there were more amenities within the room. Not sure what has happened."

"Staff was so friendly and present during breakfast to help the guests. A cheery “Good morning!” and “Can we help you with anything?”, goes a long way. They even went above and beyond to bring pancakes to our table with a choice of syrups! Best stay we’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express."
