"We got into the room, the window was open. Heat and noise were terrible due to the open window. Called twice and still after 6 hours no one came to remedy the issue. After visiting the front desk a 3rd time, someone finally was sent to the room and maintenance didn't even know what they were there for. The room was a closet across from the elevators. After all of that we decided to depart from the hotel and go elsewhere. So we are looking to get the refund for the 2nd night we decided not...

"The staff at check in left a long lasting bad taste. Late check in. Rude staff. Maybe they forgot how or why they get paid. I wonder if they have difficultly spending the paycheck they get? Extremely frustrating that they were so rude. And a 12 dollar upcharge for frozen food breakfast is criminal. You should be embarrassed to even ask for this. Your room smelled like it expired years ago. Get it together."

"Stayed 1 night. Arrived around d midnight for check in. Front desk gal was exceptional. Greeted everyone with a smile. Very efficient and sociable. Breakfast was great. Only recommendation would be to inspect and clean air conditioner. It was full of dust which was caked on inside where air blows out into room."

"This hotel looks very nice when you first arrive. But a closer look shows big issues. The air conditioner was not working in the main lobby so there were large fans everywhere. The hotel had no towels. None at the pool and no towels in the room. We requested them and they brought us hand towels, so we had to dry off with them. The room looks nice at first, but another closer look showed that it wasn’t too clean (a wet spot on the floor wiped it up and the towel was dirty brown) and the bathroom...

"Not maintained with good standard. Hole in bathroom door, fire alarm / detector missing in room. Just the base for one. Holes in screens on most windows. Stopped serving breakfast. No iron in room just a holder where one was."

"First of all, I had originally reservations for a Motel 6 in Rochester, and they were overbooked 48 times. They tell us to go to the one in Greece, because they have rooms available. When we get to the other motel 6, she never transfered our reservations. There were people hanging out in the front of the hotel all night with loud music in the car. They looked like drug dealers and drug addicts hanging all around the property. The room floors were so nasty and sticky, mold in the bathroom, the 2...

"Robin was excellent on staff. Explained everything well. Wasnt crazy about the incidental charges but as advised they were removed. Hotel has to cover in case of damage. Did make me nervous."
