"Petite chambre proche de la gare. Lit double est en faite deux lits simple donc gros trous au milieu. Assez inconfortable pour un couple. Bouilloire avec des moisissures. Salle de bains propres ainsi que la chambre. Assez mal insonorisé et comme le quartier de la gare est assez bruillant et malfamé. Proche de la vieille ville, tres bien pour se promener. "

"Abbiamo pernottato solamente una notte in questa struttura, ma basta per capire quanto comodità, pulizia e professionalità ci siano. La nostra stanza, spaziosa e pulita, affacciava sul parco. Colazione ricca e buona. Posizione invidiabile. Occhio di riguardo per che come noi viaggia con il proprio cane. Non ho da segnalare nulla di negativo."

"Brilliant location, less than five minutes from the train station and easy walk into the old town. Great storage for a small room. Would just suggest refillable amenities and more towel racks. Afternoon tea/coffee station a nice touch."

"Very charming hotel in the heart of Annecy. The staff is lovely and the restaurant is good."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there to do the Annecy half marathon and i found the beds very comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and i had a view of the lake. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good but they did offer free coffee and hot chocolate. The receptionist was super friendly and kind."

"The apartment was well placed for walking into Annecy. It was clean and spacious enough for our needs. I did book a 4 person apartment which implied we had four separate beds which we needed. What we actually ended up with was a double, a single sofa and a pull out single trundle bed. It wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Small studio kitchen was well equipped. Toilet separate from the bathroom was good, however no sink in the toilet area was a little strange. Opening doors, walking through...
