"This was by far one of the best properties I have stayed in in terms of quality and value. The rooms was in greay condition. The location is perfect for a quick commute to the convention center and everyone at the property is very nice. The gym is also great. "

"We were moved to Factor Row due to lease cancelation at Canal. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. A/c Stooped working and we had to move units. The staff responded quickly to inquiry. Clise walk to eveything. I would stay again."

"Everything was awesome with the exception of the quality of the garage. I was uncertain if it closed or being renovated. There wasn’t any direction on instruction where to go or get around in the garage. I didn’t not feel safe at all."

"We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. "The photos the actual photos of the property. I really love how the smart tv was setup to watch just about any app or movie to your choice. The kitchen was perfect! The sofa was full size, which is a plus.Everything was amazing other than the dryer disfunction, and old leakage on the brick wall was questionable. Also the sheets didnt look 100 percent clean. "

"An amazing hotel in a great location. The place was spotless, great design in a great location in the Warehouse district. Close to streetcar access and central to many attractions and the Quarter. Paying for parking is typically extra in the area, but there is a pay lot right across the street so you aren’t far from your car. I highly recommend this place."
