"They market the hotel as being far superior to what it actually is. To begin with, the buffet food—for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—was very poor; it was just pork and chicken, and there were small flies hovering over the food. The same issue existed in the area serving sweets and coffee; they didn't even have disposable plates for the sweets there. In reality, the staff do the best they can with the resources available to them. The pool area, however, is very nice and clean. I think the Dreams...

"Staff were amazing here! We were totally stressed out after driving from the airport in rush hour traffic. I was almost in tears and the valet parking gentleman was super kind. Then the front desk was fantastic offering us an upgrade to a higher floor. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service and quality of food were incredible! We were only there for a 17 hour layover but would definitely stay here again."

"The room was good, the carpets outside were with holes and some floor has food on the floor, the breakfast buffet was kind of ok, the line are supper long to order omelette. If you stay at this hotel while events is happening there is no way you can get a table to seat down and eat your meal. Hotel didn’t had my room ready at the time of check in , my father is in a wheelchair chair it was terrible waiting time. Overall I won’t never stay at this property."
