"The hotel was generally really lovely, our family really enjoyed the food at both breakfast and dinner, good selection of hot savoury options, althought the breakfast pastries and cakes were awful, dry and hard, as if been left out all week and not a great selection of fresh fruit or dessert options.
The views from our room and the communal areas are stunning when it's not too cloudy.
However, the property is a little dated and the rooms could do with a little update.

"Do not stay here — listing is inaccurate. We left after one night.
Major issues during our stay:
No hot water
Constant power outages (multiple times per hour, sometimes for hours)
Extremely noisy — no sound insulation, construction noise during the day, yelling and slamming doors throughout the night
Barely slept
Inadequate bedding — blanket covered only half of a double bed
No spa or sauna, despite being advertised
Poor breakfast

"Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required.
Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view. "
