"Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. "The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic — very efficient, professional, and friendly. I was extremely happy with their service. The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton. "
