Cari Hotel di Mombasa County

"Our stay at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa was memorable, thanks in large part to Mr. Peter, the resort driver. He was waiting for us when we arrived at the Mombasa train terminal and immediately made us feel welcome. He was extremely friendly, taught us a little Swahili, and shared interesting facts about Mombasa’s history as we drove past various locations on the way to the resort. If possible, request Mr. Peter as your driver—he is the best! We also loved dining at Thai-Ci and we ate...

"All was amazing"

"I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

"The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice and helpful"

"Great stay. Rooms need some renovations to reach 5 star level. But iverall.i enjoyed my stay"

"My group of four had an amazing 9-day stay at Jumeirah. The property is clean and lovely. The staff - the staff - the staff - Jumeirah did an awesome job vetting their staff. We met so many amazing people - Linah, Prisca, Bilal, Mercy, Benedict, Elizabeth, Ann, Alicia, Najim, the staff in the reception area! Just to name a few. We had 2 separate rooms and they made arrangements for us to all have one whole apartment. If you are vacationing in Nyali or the surrounding areas, Jumeirah is...

"Juat a location is good"

"Good value property with friendly staff"

"The hotel was clean but very dated. We stayed 4 nights and saw about 15 other guests the entire time we were there. It was eerie to feel so alone on such a large resort. The main pool was “under maintenance” and totally green. I feel as though this should have been disclosed prior to our arrival. Also, if it truly was under maintenance, we didn’t see any maintenance being performed in our 5 day/4 night stay. This resort has very little to do after sunset, pools close at 6pm. No activities or...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was great and had variety of foods to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family."

"There are no elevators so you walk up the stairs with your luggage. There is no shower head, only a handheld shower with the thinnest of water to shower with. Breakfast was…. very regular at 1-star level. It’s not worth the cost! "

"Nous avons effectué une nuit ici et tout était parfait.. Le restaurant a côté est bon et copieux aussi bien pour le dîner que pour le déjeuner"
