"Clean and spacious rooms! Amazing stay"

"We had a 7 day stay we came for our daughter's Wedding - check in was easy, reception staff were lovely and helpful but when it came to our room it didn't take long before we were started to wonder as to when it was last cleaned?? everywhere we looked in our room it was covered in dust - skirting boards, top of fridge every piece of artwork, top of our bed, all around the toilet, we had cobwebs above our curtains, and the dryer filter was full. Our air conditioners weren't cooling the...

"The size of the room was big and clean. There was a mini freezer. There was also a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was close to train station and National Park and it was very convenient and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance. We stayed there to visit our friends who came from Jakarta."

"The pictures of the rooms are not indicative of the actual rooms. The property is run down and noisy. Location is good, but don't believe the photos."

"Was a bit scary at 4.15 am when leavi ng through the side door to be meet by a drunk guy wanting to give me a hug. Luckily the taxi came a little early. Just got a fright when going out the door, as i didn't see him there."

"Even though the pool is heated, it'll take a couple of laps to get past the initial cooler temperature of the pool. No fault to the venue, but beware of families with large number of children as when we were there, the kids were constantly yelling, jumping and diving into the pool while other patrons were trying to swim. One of them even took a hose and started spraying their siblings. Also, unluckily on the day of check-in, they experienced a nation-wide computer outage so no one could check-in...

"Great place to stay. Pools (multiple)are gorgeous and gym is huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location by the beach and shops. We had a toilet separate from the shower area and a spacious room with a lovely view of the pools and beach. "
