This is a modern property and the rooms and public areas were all very well-kept and immaculately clean. The roof top solarium and hot tubs were very pleasant. I would definitely recommend La Puerta de Nerja Hostal Boutique as a place to stay for a long weekend in Nerja. "

"Room view is gorgeous and we got to enjoy sunrise right on our patio. Staff was very friendly. Room is a bit dated but well maintained and not run down. Unlike said in some reviews, we found the breakfast a pleasant and tasty experience with good selections including fresh bakeries, cold cuts, hot meat and eggs, fruits and beverages. Free parking is a plus. Will definitely consider coming back next time in Nerja!"

Rooms were cleaned on the one full day we were there. Breakfast was simple but set us up for the day. We shall return if we're back in the area."
