"We really enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a family. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Liked having the laundry facility on site however, the dryers are not too good. Place is really close to seven eleven and Lawsons. So close to Kyoto station. Overall, I would really recommend this place for people in big groups or family. "

"Mimaru is an excellent place to stay in Kyoto. It is only three subway stops from Kyoto Stdtion and it is in a very quiet area. It has exceptional amenities and our room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. There is a Family Mart about 30m from the front entrance. Highly recommended."

"We booked the Pokémon room. It was a surprise for my 3 kids and they were over the moon. They loved the bunk beds, the Pokémon decor, plushy and dishes. It was a nice reprieve from the tight hotel rooms. We stayed in most evenings because it was so comfortable. The staffs were helpful and nice. "Good size apartment with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."
