First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite. Now, the not so good...lots of NOISE. I FELT UNSAFE. NO INTERNET for few HOURS. NO ELECTRICITY for few HOURS. I will NOT GO TO this HOTEL."

"According to Expedia, the property is listed as having laundry facilities, but there were none. When I mentioned this, I was told to call a laundry service myself, which made me question whether the “concierge” service really lives up to its name. There is no refrigerator in the room, and amenities such as toothbrushes are charged separately, so considering these points, the hotel may feel a bit overpriced. On the positive side, the hot water pressure was strong, which made showering...

"Cleanliness was fine and the cleaners are really nice. They also speak better English than most. The room is very worn. There was mold in the ceiling, the watertap was loose and we had trouble stopping the water etc. Breakfast was decent as Indonesian but really bad as American. The waitress was very nice. She even gave us an appreciated omelette. The pool looks nice. This hotel has seen better days, but it still charges as if all is fine."

"I agree with all the comments posted on various social media sites. The welcome is impeccable, activities can be booked directly at reception, and the accommodation (I took a single room) was very large, spacious, and very functional. It feels great! I highly recommend it! "

"Er is geen waterkoker, koffie, thee Ontbijt alleen oosters, er is geen brood. Wij zijn buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten waar wel westers ontbijt is."
