"Room was clean with a beautiful sea view, there are 3 outdoor pools (1 which is adults only) Only one of the pools has a bar near by. There is a really nice look out bar which is nice to grab a drink at before you return to your room to get ready for the evening.
Drinks are ok, pilsner beer is bottled and included on the AI package. The cocktails aren't anything special and the food is also ok.
The hotel has a ship theme which is nice and it docks in different countries each day. The staff...

"TV didn’t work almost the whole time I was there. Had to kill roaches in my room every other day. No hot water. Water was brown and dirty. Friendly staff though. "

"We were a family of seven (including teens and grandparents) and stayed at the two-bedroom suite before our safari. Bidwood Suites was an exceptional accommodation that ticked all the boxes for a perfect stay. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind after a busy day. The location was incredibly convenient while also being tucked away in a safe, quiet neighborhood that allowed for peaceful rest without the noise and chaos of the city...
