"Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting."

"The best private hotel we ever experienced. We have been over 30 countries, Jaya house is one of the best. Everyone working in the hotel is friendly with smile on the face all the time. "The property was very quaint and peaceful. We had such a wonderful stay here and the staff was always very helpful.
Although it’s a little further from the city, it’s a short tuktuk ride ($3) into town. And Angkor complex is just around the corner so we actually found the location to be perfect for us. "
