"Owners were wonderful from the time of booking. Sent a tuk tuk to pick us up from the bus station. Greeted us on arrival with some drinks and great conversation. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Beds are extremely comfortable, big flat screen tv with tons of internet channels, bathroom is large and bright, stocked fridge with tea/coffee maker and large wardrobe for your belongings. "Spent two nights with my wife, the hotel in general was ok. We like the bungalows and each bungalow has its privacy. Two recommendations to the hotel: breakfast can start earlier (630 instead of 700 as many travel early morning) and better to install bednets in the room. Apart from that, Otres 1 is a great place!
