"Friendly staff. Reasonable rates."

"Location"

"Very basic hotel in the centre of union square area. Did a job but very much a no thrills room set up. Bed wasn’t particularly comfy and carpet was well worn. Biggest issue was noise from other rooms above and adjacent, floors creak and doors slam at all hours. I was woken up multiple times during my stay here. Area around union square is full of homeless and stinks of urine. We spent most the time down at the ferry port for food and drink instead of tenderloin / union square areas. Felt much...

"Breakfast was not included in the package this is not in tune with some other Hilton hotels of other cities."

"The staff was amazing!"

"Found a used floss stick on the bedside table upon check in. Older and smaller room, but it was comfortable with a convenient location with walkable dining and entertainment."

"Super quiet and comfy bed!"
