"Hotel is a gem near Union Square. Great location near cable cars and other public transportation."

"Kind of disappointed with the blankets they are made of foam no more cotton blankets. Also, the carpet was real loose almost tripped walking on the carpet and the hallways in the room couch in the room was dirty. They need to keep it clean or get new ones outside a lot of homeless people discouraging. I don’t know how long we’re gonna keep this hotel open. Can’t even enjoy yourself walking outside."

"Called for a shuttle fron SFO per directions at SFO ưhile on hold shuttle drove by us but ưouldnt stop. Hotel is not near any restaurants nor stores. There is a small area of snacks and drinks. Soda 20oz $6.00 ea Front desk employees clueless on directions to the city, Ballpark or zoo. Beyond uber. Had no idea on the free shuttle bus, nor navigating onto BART or Caltrain NO restaurant recommmendations beyond theirs. Continental breakfast is $14 Full breakfast is $31"

"スタッフのかたはとても親切で、わかりやすい英語で話しかけてくれます。世間話もできます。9時から21時まで無料で使える洗濯室があります。洗濯機と乾燥機それぞれ2台ずつです。残り時間が表示されますがあまり正確でないので、慣れている方は前の人の乾燥が終わっていたら上のカゴに出して自分のものを入れていました。施設のルールではないのかもしれませんが、外国ならではの効率的な運用だと思います。共用電子レンジがロビーに1つあります。あまり使っている方はいないようで、いつでも空いていました。子どものためにパックご飯を持ち込んでいたので、使いました。お皿がなくて困っていたら、スタッフの方が気づいて紙皿とグラスをくれました。朝ごはんはありませんが、朝ゆっくり活動開始できますし、5泊させていただきましたがとても満足です。"

"Poorly ventilated and older building. Pictures look good but in reality it’s not the same. I didn’t try amenities but everything something was cooked in the restaurant the smell and smoke was coming through"

"Common pantry for free coffee and food warming. Toaster av too. Good location to eating places (American, Chinese, Japanese, Thai cuisines) and shopping (Macy, shopping Mall, Nieman Marcus,etc.). Bus stop & Tramcar stop is nearby. And the street car end stop is just on the next street. But there are many homeless people around the streets. "
