"Upon checking in the room wasn’t immediately available. Waited an hr before our room was ready. The rooms are specious and clean. The water park was nice. Landscaping needed some attention. "

"The resort itself is beautiful. Amenities are nice but busy. We were in an older building and a smaller 1 bedroom room. The full kitchen was tiny. The fridge and oven were not not full size which was not accurately described in the listing. Not much room to cook or sit down and relax (living area) so if you are looking for extra space make sure you are clear on what you are getting. Staff was extremely friendly but room was only cleaned twice in 7 days there. "

"This was a beautiful resort! It was the first time I truly felt like I was in Cancun. The place is amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. The restaurants were delicious, and everything about the resort made it a great place to relax. Traveling with kids can make relaxing a little harder, but they do have plenty of activities to keep them busy, which we really appreciated. We celebrated my son’s birthday during our stay, and I was hoping they would do something small like a card or...

"The room was clean but really old and overall pretty gross. TV had a big weird bright spot in the middle, super distracting. Shower was leaky and mildewy. Blinds didn’t close properly. We were not in the renovated area as advertised on Expedia so that was disappointing. The garden was mostly dead, I don’t think any landscaping maintenance has been done in years. Life guards were really unfriendly. Water slides were fun. "

"I always go there every year for Daytona bike week. I love the security guard. I love the security. I love the swimming pool. I love the all you can eat breakfast. I found this place like maybe 56 years ago and ever since that I’ve been coming here and I’m looking forward to coming here again for next year and hopefully sooner than that I rate them at 10 the service is great. They also have a safe to put your stuff away and like Social Security is always on top so you have a blessed day."

"When I made the reservation for this stay I thought I had booked a different Rosen hotel closer to the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive but there are so many different Rosen hotels in the area that it is confusing. With that said, I have no complaints about my stay. The price, room, staff, etc., were very good and I would have no problems booking this property again."
