"Amazing hotel if staying in Orlando to go to the Disney Parks. Shuttle service as great with many drop off + pick up time to all 4 parks + Disney Springs. Staff was very nice and dinner + breakfast are included in stay and each adult gets 3 included drinks a night during the 5:30 - 7:30 PM kickback. Pool was huge with lots of lounge chairs as well. Would absolutely stay here again!!!"

"I have two babies, this hotel is perfect for kiddos and families, i would come back millions of time, I swear is super kid friendly, and also i have never seen in any place with so much security in the pool, they hace extremely security in the pools for the kids i just feel secure there"

"My first room was disgustingly dirty with hair all over the washroom, the carpet was filthy and smelled like mold. Then to my surprise I looked up and the whole ceiling had black mold. I went to front desk where they moved me to another room without carpet and gave me a dinner voucher, which I didn’t use. Than the next day I had cockroaches run over me in my new room. Which made me feel even dirtier than the first room. Went to front desk where they didn’t seem to worried, even security just...
