"The room was great and super comfortable. What really stood out was the location — everything is literally just 10 minutes away. It honestly felt like I was living in my own home during the stay. My only issue was parking. They charge $30 a day which felt too expensive. Aside from that, it was an excellent stay and I’d definitely recommend it for the room quality and unbeatable location."

"Horrible parking! The directions by the staff was horrible as well. They directed me to my room and I couldn’t get in because the code was not activated by the front desk. Almost an hour standing in the hallway with no help."

"Room was cleaned every day. Did know that you can text the staff if you need stuff like shampoo or soap or towels, I didn't read the card cover. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Cafe area had 4 huge TVs to eat and enjoy the FIFA world cup."

"I did not like that they charge for parking!! And the hotel we stayed at was 3 minutes away from the check in like WHAT!!! ended up staying on the 5th floor and there’s was a bunch of bugs and moths flying and even some in the hotel were mostly mosquitos.. way to expensive and check out time sucks… 10am but we have to check in by 3pm what is that it should be the opposite"

"This hotel is everything that you want for a family stay. It has all the great amenities for children who loved water and water slides. The staff was very attentive to your wants and needs. Our room was outstanding with the two bedrooms very spacious, exceptionally clean. The bathroom was very spacious with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Our family will definitely be coming back to this resort!"

"It’s a beautiful resort a lot bigger than expected they have everything you need my daughter loved it and it’s not easy to win her over definitely coming back a weekend is not enough need more time only saw a quarter of the resort it’s that big."

"Love this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Great staff. They pool was so nice. Was great to get up have breakfast and get on the bus to the parks. We where able to have Walmart delivery items to the hotel. Wish was a great help. Hope to go back soon"
