"Facility was clean and well-maintained"

"The property is a bit older and could use some renovation but it was clean. The breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and a variety of breads that could be toasted. They also offered coffee, juice and water. It was a good place to stay at a good price point."

"Booked “King Room” for 3-people - checked/selected 3-people in the box, keeping in mind there will be extra bed (sofa, or roll away bed prepaired-ready to use for 3-rd person). Check in was 3-PM, drove from Burlington VT (4.5 hrs), coming to hotel around 2-PM, called at 1-PM from road asking for early 2-PM check in, not granted! So, went to Newport, RI, came to hotel before 9-PM, and got room with ONE king bed, nothing more for 3-rd person (15-yrs old grandson). Asked for help, called front desk...

"Attended Mystic for a wedding. Stash was nice enough to accommodate an early check in as I had been driving for several hours and still needed to get ready for the wedding. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious"

"The indoor pool at Pequot was very clean and kids friendly. The are at least 2 arcades here that kept the kids entertained. Guy Fieri's restaurant has a kid's menu that was really good as well. All restaurant staff super friendly."

"I was shocked at the upkeep for this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors members and their hotels are certainly maintained than this. The carpet in all areas smelled like mildew. My AC in my room did not work. It was set to 60 and my room was unbearable warm. The maintenance staff was not able to fix"

"It was a good, convenient place to stay, near Westerly. Room was spacious. Bed was quite comfortable. Nice large bathroom with a nice shower. Unfortunately illness forced us to leave after just one night, and we then forfeited the cost of the second night. Not their fault, but it would have been nice to receive an adjustment since we paid over $700 for the room."

"The property itself is very unwelcome, lobby and the whole hotel humidity smell is terrible. Rooms are dirty I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Very disappointing and not cheap. Never again"
