Cari Hotel di Kaunti Monterey

"Was given a third floor jr suite with huge patio. It was an end unit which is a preferred location for quiet and privacy. Did not like the $30 a night to use the parking lot (?) figured it would be a given since I am staying there. All in all I would go and stay again."

"Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great place for the whole family"

"It’s too old and I couldn’t sleep well because the soundproofing is terrible. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway."

"Overall the stay was pleasant. There are a few things that I felt pretty cheap. 1. Morning Coffee - It cost peanuts to provide real milk along with the coffee. They provide creamer like in cheap hotels. 2. Charging for parking - I found it pretty interesting to charge $56/day extra for parking. (This hotel is NOT in a downtown where generally parking is very scarce and expensive). 3. All the complementary items are also coming with a cost $30/day they charge (under Destination Charge)...

"We really enjoyed our short stay. The central location was our favorite aspect—it’s a short walk to Alvarado Street, which has lots of restaurants and shops, and our favorite, the video game parlor/museum, High Score. The hotel is a large, renovated motel, with smaller but comfy rooms and very comfortable beds. Parking is easy. We’d definitely come back."

"Did not have a good stay. Noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Paper thin walls and windows and we were right on the busy street with cars passing all night long keeping us up and what sounded like a cleaning cart going by constantly past our door that was unbearable to listen to. Also had a leak in our room. Won’t be back."

"The front desk people were so friendly and helpful about all my questions about what to do and best places to dine in. The place is amazing, very close to the town, but far enough to have a quiet and relaxing night after your busy day! The cottage was very clean and spacious with the basic facilities. I will definitely go back"

"Amazing stay"

"This was an amazing hotel. The views were breathtaking, the grounds are gorgeous and the staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"We had the lovely room with the fireplace. Really cozy & it even had a private garden but we couldn't use it as it was rainy & quite cold. Overall good stay"

"Parking was a little tight, but we were happy to find a spot right by our room. The room was very clean and had a sufficient number of outlets for electronics. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Our only concerns were: thin walls, small towels, and not enough of them, and low water pressure."

"Nothing extra offered, no place for animals to go to the bathroom except behind the facility. Room was clean but old, cabinets would not close no place to put your clothes."

"Wonderful location, pleasant staff and good 1960 vibe"
