"The internet service was not useful at all. The front desk needs better customer service training, when asked about car service they can recommend, they suggested I check google. Valet guy was good and helpful."

"Very clean room, great parking, walk across the street to the beach The check in time was 4:00 pm. I thought that was too late We showed up at 4:40 and was told our room was not ready? Was told I would be called by phone when ready, never got a call? Went back to check in and got room keys,5:50 pm?? I’m not one to complain but this set me off. Other than this, the place was great!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Pool was pretty fantastic. I stayed on the top floor and the music coming from the rooftop bar was very loud at night. They turned it down when I complained but it was still bothersome, especially while I was trying to sleep."

"It was sufficient for what it was. Cold room, decent bed, nice balcony and a hot shower. Definitely a more run down/ lower scale stay to save some money outside of Asbury Park."

"The location of the property is very convenient to the beach. However, there is only on street parking and you have to park where you can find a spot. Often we found ourselves almost 1 mile away and having to walk back. The air conditioning in our room was a window unit. It did cool the room nicely. But there is no AC in the rest of the hotel. Our room was dirty. There is no elevator and we were on the third floor, so there was a lot of lugging and carrying up and down the steps. And my 75 year...

"This is a great old classic hotel. I loved the old (!) elevator and doors! We had a good breakfast in the restaurant, and our waitress was awesome! Also, the bed, sheets, and towels were lovely!! We were able to walk to our concert… so convenient! We’ll be back!"

"Old Motel inside renovated with new flooring and paint. Rooms and pool clean but the exterior walkway outside the rooms with chairs maintained but dated. Smoking area permitted outside rooms. Older noisy air conditioning."
