"This was our third time staying here. The first two times were as a couple and we loved our rooms. They were clean, spacious and comfortable. This time we went as a family and got the suite. It was definitely not the cleanest. The night stand and around the phone had an entire layer of dust. The bathroom floor and shower could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the walls and curtains. The pool area could have been cleaner. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and staff were polite."

While our room and bathroom were generally clean, the age and condition of the property were hard to overlook—worn carpeting, broken tiles, old doors, and other signs of deferred maintenance. The common areas were particularly uninviting. The garbage cans in the breakfast area were extremely dirty, hand-sanitizer stations were empty, and at one point a laundry bin containing what appeared to be moldy shower curtains was left outside the elevator. My stay here was by far the worst experience of my life. The entire hotel was trashed and dirty. The staff was very incompetent and didn’t seem to care about our needs or our concerns.
