"Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! "Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."
