"Das Zimmer wurde immer, wie erwartet, gereinigt und das Bett gemacht. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Frühstück hatte man eine sehr große Auswahl und es war insgesamt sehr gut. Auch eine Absprache, dass man eine Frühstücksbox bekommt, weil man die Frühstückszeiten nicht wahrnehmen kann, war ohne Probleme möglich. Jedoch muss man sagen dass die Optik/Einrichtung eher nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel entspricht, da müsste man schon einen Stern abziehen. Insgesamt kann...

"We stayed 3 nights and had a good time with the hotel having a nice location where we could walk to most attractions. Room was spacious, very helpful staff, kettle in room but teabags/coffee not replenished. Bathroom and room cleaned daily. Breakfast was quite nice with fresh fruit but yoghurts were ‘long life’."

"The location of this hotel is great. It’s a very walkable city and we enjoyed our stay here. The airline had lost our luggage and the hotel staff had a printout , called and checked on it often for us and helped us take care of our problem they were very helpful. The breakfast here is also very good and there’s a convenient store across the street if you need anything. The bed was also very comfortable, which is important, overall it was a great stay."

I liked the high floor (6th floor), the view, and the layout of the room, which had a large shelf spanning across the window area of the room where you can place your things, and the hot shower with good water pressure.
