"The staff was rude over the phone and in person. Elevators broke down so we had to walk down 21 floors. We booked a 2 queen bed room and were given full beds. The parking elevator broke as well and the lines to get everywhere were annoying. It was a terrible experience."

"When I got there I was already hrs late because of traffic , I was on the 4th F my door or key wouldn’t work so I had to send one of the kids down there to let them knw the key or door wouldn’t open. Engineering was on site and did come fast, he couldn’t fix it at first but he ended up getting it right. And a lady came complaining abt her toilet again engineering was on site and fast. I over all enjoyed"

"The motel is in the middle of road construction. Dust flying all over. We had to pay for parking in the Hampton parking garage. Also, they want $100 a day for a security deposit. Maid service was every other day. If you forget your razor, good luck with them helping with that. Wallpaper coming loose from the walls. They do give you two bottles of water when you check in. Overpriced."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room, the staff, the energy to help at all times were top notch. I forgot my passports in the room safe and 1 day later they were mailed back to me! Communication was immediate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the food at Zephyr, especially the salmon and crab cakes! I will definitely be returning to Hotel Phoenix!"
