"There is not a hot tub even though expedia listing says it does. Otherwise excellent hotel. Breakfast had really good variety and better than most free breakfasts at hotels."

"We were very disappointed in our stay. The desk chair in our room was torn and the surface of the side chair was peeling off. They had put a cover over the seat to hide the tears but the back and the arms were cracked and peeling. When we returned to our room on the 2nd day, we found 2 bags of garbage on the floor, garbage laying in the corner that wasn’t ours, dirty, wet towels on the bathroom floor (we had hung ours up after showering) our bed wasn’t made up and they hadn’t replenished the pods of coffee."

"Clean and well maintained room. Friendly staff. Designated pet floor is on the 2nd floor (or at least during our stay in March 2026)."

"The place had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals, yet it still didn’t feel clean. The bedding, carpet, and overall condition were very old, worn, and unpleasant. It felt like a rundown motel with the Best Western name attached to it."
