"Pros:
- Excellent size & layout.
- Very pretty decor.
- Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees.
- Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water.
- Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff.
- We will stay again, for sure.
Cons:
- No staff on-site.
- Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...

"Something happened where a guest made the sprinklers turn on above; the owner was so classy; he upgraded our room graciously. We would 100 percent recommend this place!
Furthermore:
The turtles are is season! About 60-75 days the green turtles eggs will hatch! This is the perfect place for that! We saw the tracks! This is a perfect place to get away with perfect restaurants all around. Everything is upgraded and the views where amazing!"
