"Honestly this place was great. I saw birds roght out my patio window and looked out to the mountains. It was a great value and the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Take the short hike to the top of the property and enjoy an amazing view. This was such a cool place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable."

"This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. Amazing hotel The area is beautiful, lots of activities within the hotel Close to all the activities of Fortuna and Arenal Rooms are nice, great views Food is delicious, every dish we ordered was great The entrance to the hotel area is a bit of terrain and not paved road, easy with a 4x4 but also doable with normal car. We loved everything and enjoyed every moment there, would be more than happy to return.

This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!

Loved this property! The staff is excellent and always greets you and helps you with whatever you need. They were so attentive and made us feel really special for our vacation. As for the property, absolutely stunning. Our room looked over the pool area and we had the most beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. We were lucky enough to see the entire volcano which is rare during the rainy season months. Everything about this property is unreal including the jacuzzis and the pool. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also likewise. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The available parking was a bit skimpy but that’s my only negative comment about the hotel.
