"Location of the hotel is well-situated being very near the Liberty bus station and a short walk to town. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is a good spread. The hotel staff is helpful."

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Unfortunately the swimming pool & spa area are only open 8am-8pm; arrived late & had to leave early; which was disappointing; therefore, was unable to use these facilities as planned/expected. Parking was rather difficult; ramp very narrow & was not able to drive up the ramp, to more parking. The sink in the bathroom was very low; was this a handicap room, I wondered; it was not until I went into the bathroom that I was aware of this. "Had a very enjoyable week and in the main good service. Staff were stretched at times as it seems the staff shortages are here, in Jersey, as well. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the food here. The room had a good view over the bay and pool. Worth a visit."
