"The property is great. It has great views of the marina and is right beside the bus station so very convenient for getting around. They have fresh Scones and Croissants free every morning. "The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"This hotel is amazing. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and welcoming. They work very hard to ensure your stay is everything you want. I am lucky and have been yravelling a lot but this hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant for dinner is also amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and the owners are very lucky to have and everyone of their staff members. Thank you!"
