"Good service with sincerity and warmth and an overall comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. Every day during my 7-day stay at this hotel, and after a hectic day-out, I looked forward to coming back to the Zen atmosphere of the hotel. "朝食付きのプランで予約しているにも関わらず、朝食場所(迷う位このホテルは広く、食事をとれる場所も豊富)や時間(何時から開始で、ラストオーダーは何時か)の案内は一切ない。 また、滞在中にイタリアンのレストランを２度利用したが、２度とも席に着席後5分程放置され、スタッフに依頼しないとメニューを渡してもらえない。席に案内したスタッフが同時にメニューを置いていけばよいと思うが、そんな些細なオペレーションもオープン後5年経過しているにも関わらず気がつけていない様子。 スタッフは皆笑顔で雰囲気はとてもいいが、気が利くようで気が利かないのがこのホテルの特徴。ホテルのハード面は最高だが、ソフト面に課題があり、それを体験するのがこのホテルの醍醐味。"
