"This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport. I will happily stay here next time I stay in Narita. "

"関西国際空港でて一番端の方に無料送迎バスが利用できます。ちょうど利用できたので、タクシー代が要らなくてうれしかったです。到着時に次の関西国際空港までの、送迎バス利用を予約できます。1時間に1本ほど。空きがあれば時間変更も可能です。　どこのホテルもですが観光税を１日100円とられます。そちらは、なにに充てられるのかあまり鮮明ではないため、わたしは、フロントの方に尋ねましたが、皆さん詳しくは把握されていません。どのホテルでもたぶん、そうでしょう。なんとなくとられてる、赤信号みんなで渡れば怖くない。のように感じました。　 美容フェイスマスクが無料でミネラルウォーター1本も置いてありました。夜の食事はイタリアンで美味しかったです。2階にコンビニがあり、そこでヤマト運輸の宅配便で荷物を自宅へ届ける手続きができました。コンビニスタッフも飲食店のスタッフも皆さま親切でした。また、こちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。"

"翌日の出発が早い便のため、空港近くのこちらを利用させていただきました。 フロントでの対応も良く、部屋も清潔でホテル内では快適に過ごせました。 ホテル内にも売店がありましたが、近くのコンビニまで歩いていきました。 夜道は暗く、スマホで足元照らしながら歩かないと危ないなと感じました。 空港までの無料送迎バスもありとても便利でしたので、また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。"

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "
