and gym as usual. What keeps setting this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff, who are extremely helpful, friendly and authentic. A big plus is also the inhouse regular restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. Top quality dishes again served by wonderful staff. Always a true pleasure to stay here. This, and thw good value make this hotel my #1 choice when visiting Bandung."

"Booked a junior suite, was a big room but lacked comfort, was very bland hotel room. Quite a noisy room, 21st floor, but could hear all traffic and calls to pray at 4am, really needs some better windows. Mini bar stocked daily with beer, soft drinks and crisps. Executive lounge was closed.
