Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"The hotel was fine for a cheap family stay. It was absolutely crowded though. And breakfast was depleted when we arrived. Not even butter for toast or orange juice or cups for tea. It was holiday season and they were trying there best. The pool was full so we didn’t use and people were falling over as it was so wet. Didn’t mind the small rooms had everything a bit annoying you couldn’t go straight out onto the balcony without asking for a key and deposit. I’m an adult I’ll be ok. Liked the top...
