"I stayed for 18 days this time with different members of my family coming during my visit. We absolutely love this place.
The staff are all kind and friendly . They are like family to me. The rooms and walkways are kept so clean and the grounds are maintained beautifully.
We enjoy especially the Aguachile and Arrachera from the restaurant. The hamburgers are so much better than home.
The beach is just a few minutes walk away with some tiendas up the street and an OXXO nearly in the lobby. If...

"It's a decent place for the price and very close to the beach. However, the listing isn't quite accurate: there is no bar/restaurant, no beach towels, etc. It also just needs a bit more attention to detail - the pool was constantly covered in leaves and the chairs in the courtyard need cleaning. It's also very noisy - not the hotel's fault but the surrounding bars and hotels make sitting in the courtyard a noisy experience. "

"The hotel was great. However, due to an incoming hurricane, we were not able to use and access the beach, that is mainly why I go to Puerto Vallarta. We were also told we needed to vacate the hotel before the end of our stay since they were shutting it down. It was not their fault, but our vacation was cut short. Which I am expecting a full refund. I will definitely be going back! Love this place! Great Restaurants, friendly staff and clean rooms."
