The best place to stay in San Pedro

The hotel has a fantastic view to the lake and volcano, but probably the furthest from the bus station. We book a room for 3 but come with an additional friend. They charged us additional 31 usd but gave us the same room.

Amazing stay, beautiful views

Beautiful place! One of the best places you can stay. Gardens are beautiful. All hotel has great views. Room were great, confy, clean, culturally decorated, all the place was just beautiful! The hotel even calls the boat for you to be picked up right from the hotel to go to the other beautiful towns in the atitlan lake. And if you need to go to the town, you can just walk to the most turistic points that are in walking distance but if you dont feel like walking they call you a tuk tuk for you to ride! The hotel also has kayaks and life jackets you can use for free. Breakfast is great and FREE. Parking is a bit confusing as you park in an area near by the lake and you walk towards the lake then find a sign that guides you through the fields that crosses other lands and you take stairs that lead to the hotel. Youget the beautiful views from your room as all rooms faced the lake. They have great service and all the staff was super friendly. Overall i was super satisfiedwith everything. Thank you so much. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it.

Internet worked great, excellent shower, good breakfast, water available all the time, fabulous service. At elevation, climbing up the stairs to the fifth floor was honestly a challenge, but worth it.

A lot of stairs to the rooms. No A/C, no screens on the doors so you have to close the doors and gets a little hot. Beautiful scenery of the lake from the rooms. Birds singing in the morning. Cafeteria is facing the lake. Beautiful

Beautiful property would definately come back in the warmer months. A little away from main downtown Panajachel but the Tuktuk would pick us up no problems. Yvan was supernice and helpful. Walked 25min to the thermal waters and what a nice hike and experience. His brother the Chef cooked up some Syrian cuisine that was amazing! We only wish we had another day or two to try it again. Loved, loved, loved it!
