"Vi hadde et flott opphold på Elegantes Suites i Hanoi. Veldig bra fasiliteter. Stille og rolig område med gode restauranter i nabolaget. Bra bassengområde, treningssenter og spa. Vi gir våre beste anbefalinger. "

"施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。"

"Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch. "

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

Alice took great care of us and went out of her way to tell us about her favorite places to eat and let us keep our luggage in the lobby since our bus didn't arrive until later that night. "

"○スタッフ受付やレストランのスタッフ、ドアマン、スタッフ全てが優しかったです。 ○朝食は人20万ドンほどでつけられます。フォーは毎朝ありました。パンやフルーツ、ヨーグルト、卵料理などベトナムを感じられるものが豊富で朝食を付けてよかったです。 ○キッズルームあると記載(写真)がありましたが、倉庫になっていてありませんでした。写真にあるプール横の遊具もありませんでした。ただ、スタッフが子どもに大変優しくタクシーの乗り降りも手伝ってくれます。子連れで安心して滞在できるホテルでした。"

"This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."
