"The room was clean and comfortable. However I was given a room for disabled people and the shower conditions were not adequate. Also I was charged 15 pounds to check out at noon, which is ridiculous. I was also charged 10 pounds a day for parking, which was not the case when I stayed there last year. A lot of nickel and diming to get more money out of us and I don't think I will be staying here again. Thank you."

"Charming historic building but inside there was a modern hotel with clean and comfortable, well-maintained rooms. It also has ample parking. There is a pleasant bar area and restaurant. They served a good buffet breakfast with a range of food to suit all tastes (fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread/toast, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and also a full cooked breakfast). "We had a cracking time here, it was our first time and they had upgraded us to their best suite, the staff were very attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed!! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and we will again!"
