"We had a great stay, very clean, friendly staff, the shuttle was great, the driver very helpful, the access to the pools was great, especially for kids. My daughter had fun on the wooden decor play at the reception, all children felt welcomed, and made friends while parents had a drink. just a constructive criticism the dinner menu could do with more choices. "Good parking and transport links. Staff unhelpful apart from manager especially when hotel was overbooked and could not offer the room we had booked and paid for. Some of the reception staff were very unhelpful or sympathetic especially with young children. "
